Cancellation Policy

Please allow at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time if you need to reschedule to avoid no show and late cancellation fees: ~No shows, 100% of service fee ~Late cancellations, 50% of service fee ~Late cancellation (Friend/Family Fill In*), 0% of service fee ~Late cancellation (Gift It), 100% of service fee Online schedule changes can be made on our website up to 24 hours in advance. If you're unable to make changes online, please email us at info@modernmedicinewoman.com or text to (989) 720-4325 for scheduling support. Our policy is in place to respect the time and commitment of our providers, clients and those on our waiting list. But, we understand that life happens. That's why we created several Late Cancellation options (please allow as much time as possible to register new friends/family into our system to ensure a timely tech connection): Family/Friend Fill In - No late cancellation fees will be charged if you're able to find a friend/family member to complete and self pays for their visit during your scheduled appointment time. Gift It - If you have something come up and can't find someone willing to self pay, you have the option to Gift It. You'd still be responsible for 100% of the service fee, but you would gift the the time to someone you know if need of support. We care about you and want to make sure you're ok. If you missed a visit, please let our staff know if you had family or medical emergency. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you at your visits.
